A life long lover of nutrition facts and good food I’ve been fortunate to eat organic food for a number of years.  I can tell you it makes a difference in your health and vitality.  Don’t listen to me.  Really do you homework.  NanC Sears completed her Chartered Herbalist Program with Honours via correspondence with Dominion Herbal College in 2001.  She regularly participates in product and health information webinars to help keep you informed.

Nan’s new location offers a far infrared sauna for your health and enjoyment.  It’s your private room to relax your body and mind and soak up the health benefits.  Bring a book and your favourite CD or choose from a selection to calm your mind.
